Who We Are
GOM Signs is a sign manufacturing, printing, and installation company based at 100 Pinnacle Way, Norcross, GA 30071. This policy explains what personal information gomsigns.com collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information You Give Us
Our quote form asks for your name, email address, phone number, company, project address, the type of service you need, how you heard about us, whether you already have a logo, an optional contact email for your landlord, and a description of your project. It also has an optional checkbox to subscribe to marketing emails.
Our shorter contact form asks only for your name, email address, and message.
If you email or call us directly, we keep whatever you send us — including drawings, photos, lease documents, or landlord sign criteria — so we can quote and build your project.
Information Collected Automatically
When you arrive from an ad, a search result, or another website, your browser stores a small record of how you got here so that a lead we receive can be matched back to its source. That record is kept in your own browser under the key "gom_attribution" and contains:
- Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) and the gad_source parameter, when present in the link you clicked
- Campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), when present
- The address of the site that referred you, and the page on gomsigns.com you landed on
- The date and time of the visit
If you submit a form, that record is sent with your submission. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for gomsigns.com. If your browser blocks storage, the forms still work — we just will not know where the lead came from.
Both forms also send a hidden measurement of how long the form was open. It is used only to filter out automated submissions and is not retained.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps.
How We Use Your Information
- To answer your question, prepare a quote, and schedule a site visit
- To design, permit, fabricate, install, and service the work you order
- To coordinate the approvals your project needs — landlord sign criteria, municipal sign permits, and electrical or structural review
- To send marketing emails, but only if you asked for them
- To understand which advertising and referral sources bring in real inquiries
- To detect and block automated spam submissions
- To keep business records and meet our legal and tax obligations
Contact Details You Give Us for Other People
The quote form has an optional field for your landlord's email address. If you give us contact details for someone else, please make sure you are allowed to share them. We use them only to pursue approvals for your project, and we do not add them to any marketing list.
Marketing Emails
We only send marketing emails to people who checked the subscribe box on the quote form or otherwise asked to receive them. Submitting a quote request by itself does not subscribe you. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe any time by emailing info@gomsigns.com.
Replies about your own quote, project, or invoice are not marketing, and you will keep getting those as long as the project is active.
How Long We Keep It
Inquiries and project correspondence stay in our business mailbox and records for as long as we may need them for the project, for warranty and service history, and for our accounting and legal obligations. Marketing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. The attribution record described above lives in your browser, not on our servers, and you control it.
Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and delivered to a company mailbox with access limited to staff who need it. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the website forms.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop sending you marketing, by emailing info@gomsigns.com or calling 678-205-0408. We will respond regardless of which state you live in, though we may need to keep records we are legally required to retain.
Children's Privacy
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
